We were appointed to examine strategic masterplan options for an extensive land and property asset owned by Harbert European Real Estate. The aim was that the proposals could be used to help shape the Trafford Wharfside Masterplan area.

A range of options were developed for the overall site to establish the optimum density and uses to examine potential values. A series of strategic proposals emerged based on a broad range of deliverable uses that comprised of low and high density residential, offices, retail, commercial and other public access uses complimented by a hotel and other short-stay facilities.
