Appointed in 2001 by Gallagher Estates the brief was provided for a regeneration strategy for a significant area of brownfield land adjacent to Poole Harbour that was largely dominated by the Lower Hamworthy Power Station. The land provided an opportunity for the westward expansion of Poole Town Centre. The Masterplan set out strategic options for the development of the site which world deliver over 900 new homes and 30,000m² of commercial space including offices, hotels, retail accommodation with waterside frontage that addresses a new marina.
