The refurbishment of two floors and basement of the 1910 Royal London Building at 196 Deansgate, Manchester.

The phased development commenced in Spring 2024 to provide 2 fully furnished, high specification office suites along with enhanced end of trip facilities to the basement cycle store.

Addressing the constraints and opportunities of the Grade Two Listed fabric the proposals sought to enhance and activate heritage features where present, peeling back many decades of detrimental interventions. Heritage fabric was enhanced with modest contemporary timber elements and a comprehensive furniture scheme.

Building on our experience in the office sector, the space planning is responsive and sociable, responding to market demands for flexible, quality work environments.
